I created Wickedly Smart Women® as a place for a very specific kind of woman.
She’s the woman who is called to create a bigger impact than she’s ever going to be allowed to make in her corporate position and who is no longer willing to ignore that calling.
I’ve spent over four decades in business: building, leading, advising, and evolving across multiple industries. I understand structure, money and most of all what it takes to create something that actually works. In a world where women in the US weren’t allowed to get business loans without a male co-signer until 1988.
Over the last 7 years I’ve been talking with a lot of women. Women with extraordinary experience reaching a point where the next step wasn’t a promotion or a pivot inside someone else’s system, instead it was the decision to build something of their own.

What has been missing is a brand intentionally structured to support women to leave corporate and start their own consultancy that respects the level of experience, depth, and vision these women carry.
This is about answering the question: what comes after corporate, and how to make that transition into work that is owned, viable, and aligned with both practical realities and internal knowing. It is also about continuing to build on the progress women have already made.
